David Yonenson

Managing Partner


With over 12 years of professional recruiting, sales and information technology experience, David has helped hundreds of companies transform themselves into better functioning organizations. A former IT Professional in the New York and Washington, DC, Metro areas, David understands the specific challenges that his clients and candidates face.

Originally from Long Island, NY, David holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland. When he’s not hard at work, David enjoys spending his time with his wife and two children at home in Olney, MD, where you can find him watching movies, playing tennis and baseball with his kids, or trying to master the art of photography.

Yvonne Weng

Technical Recruiter


Yvonne has a background in Human Capital Management and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland. She has over 15 years of experience designing, developing, and executing strategic solutions and initiatives, specializing in talent acquisition and organizational development. She has provided organizational consulting for clients in both the public and private sectors in the Washington, DC area.

She enjoys drinking coffee, playing hockey, and hanging out with her family.

Krysta Ardigo

Technical Recruiter


With over 6 years of professional human resources and recruiting experience, Krysta specializes in the recruitment of cleared Technical Engineers and Functional Professionals specifically in the government and defense community. She firmly believes that the key to success is the meaningful relationships we build with our fellow teammates, our candidates and our clients.

Krysta holds a B.S. in Business Management – concentration in Human Resources from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She resides in Virginia with her husband and two children.

Director of Talent Solutions


Originally from Wilmington, Delaware, Maria has lived in Northern Virginia since graduating from the University of Delaware in 2003. With 13 years’ experience working with candidates and clients, Maria specializes in building relationships while providing solutions to her client and being a resource for her candidates. Her industry experience spans from information security, healthcare and housing markets locally in Northern Virginia. While not focused on work, Maria takes classes for her Master’s degree, practices yoga, coaches basketball, and enjoys time with her two children and dog.

Mary Davis

Senior Technical Recruiter


Mary has supported the IT industry for over ten years in both sales and recruiting roles. She excels in building relationships with her consultants and acts as a trusted advisor for them as they choose their career path.

Mary lives in Annapolis, MD with her husband Justin, and their daughter Gianna. She is a fitness enthusiast, and when she’s not working, you’ll find her coaching women in weight training or instructing a spin class. Their family supports Navy Football, where her husband has been a defensive coach for over ten years.
